 A Personal Welcome from Our Founder

Hello, and welcome to Blessed By Bubs Early Learning Centres!

My name is Tina Saleeb, and I am the proud founder and owner of this heartfelt initiative. My journey in the care industry began in nursing, where I developed a deep passion for nurturing and supporting others. I went on to graduate from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Developmental Psychology, and a Master of Nursing—a foundation that has given me profound insight into child development and well-being.

But beyond my studies and career, children have always been my greatest joy. As a mother of four, I have experienced firsthand the need for early learning environments that prioritise love, kindness, and respect for every child. I saw a gap in the industry—childcare services that truly honor and uplift each child as an individual, recognising that we, as adults, have just as much to learn from them as they do from us.

With this vision in my heart, I set out to create a unique, home-like experience for children—a place where they feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore the world in their own way. And so, Blessed By Bubs was born.

I am also incredibly fortunate to have my better half and partner, Kiro, as a strong backbone of our company. With an extensive background in child protection and community services, Kiro is a registered child and family therapist who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our centres. He is an invaluable resource, offering unwavering support to our families and educators, ensuring that every child is nurtured in an environment that promotes their emotional and social well-being. His dedication and expertise help us create a childcare experience that truly prioritises the whole child—mind, heart, and soul.

At our centres, we think outside the box—offering an environment that mirrors the warmth of home. We encourage children to choose how they spend their day, care for our beautiful gardens, take regular community walks, and enjoy flexible meal times that align with their natural rhythms. Every aspect of our care is tailored to meet the unique needs and personalities of each child.

It has been my absolute pleasure to bring this vision to life, and I am so grateful for the families who entrust us with their little ones. I look forward to welcoming you and your child into our Blessed By Bubs family, where love, kindness, and learning go hand in hand.
