Qualifications:

• Hold, or be working towards, an ACECQA approved Certificate III Qualification in Children’s Services

• Hold, or be working towards, an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services

• Hold, or be working towards, an ACECQA approved Early Childhood Teaching Qualification

Professional requirements:

• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Proven experience within an early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to learn and be a part of the team

• Ability to actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team

• Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

• A current Working with Children Check

• First Aid certificate

• Full covid-19 immunisation

About the role:

• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community

• Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice

• Document children’s learning and development

• Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum.

• You will also share our commitment and passion for bringing learning to life, inspiring the children in our care to reach their full potential.
